Yes. Creating an account is free for Clients and HelpMoKo Pros, forever. Clients pay a small ₱35 service fee per booking. HelpMoKo Pros keep 100% of their service price.

Every HelpMoKo Pro submits a government ID (UMID, driver's license, passport, PhilID, or postal ID) plus a selfie holding it. Our team reviews each application by hand before the HelpMoKo Pro can be booked. Only approved, active HelpMoKo Pros appear in search.

After a HelpMoKo Pro accepts your booking, you can pay online (GCash, Maya, or card) — HelpMoKo holds the money safely and releases it when the job is completed — or choose to pay cash after the service. Never pay anyone in advance outside the app.

Yes — you can cancel a pending or confirmed booking from My Bookings, and the HelpMoKo Pro is notified so the slot opens up again for someone else. Please cancel as early as you can — HelpMoKo Pros plan their day around your booking.

After every completed job, the Client rates the HelpMoKo Pro AND the HelpMoKo Pro rates the Client — 1 to 5 stars with an optional comment. Reviews are permanent and can't be edited, so they can be trusted.

Use the 🚩 Report button on any profile, booking, or chat — reports are confidential and our team reviews every one; accounts can be suspended or banned. You can also block anyone (they're never told), and save an emergency contact in the Safety Center.

We're starting in Cebu and expanding barangay by barangay. HelpMoKo Pros list the areas they cover on their profile, so you always know before you book.

Yes — open helpmoko.com on your phone, tap your browser menu, and choose “Add to Home Screen.” HelpMoKo installs with its own icon and opens full-screen like a native app. App Store and Google Play versions are on the roadmap.

Tap “Become a HelpMoKo Pro,” create your free account, fill in your skills, services, and prices, and upload your ID + selfie. Approval usually takes 1–2 days. Your calendar, your prices, your hustle.
